Have you ever wondered what life would look like if you were free?
All your addictions would be gone, all your pain confronted. Your past would be redeemed. Your present would make sense. Your future would be secure. One of the greatest joys in my life is walking in the freedom that Christ has provided for me through His life, death, and resurrection. Unfortunately, it has been my experience that many people who have accepted Christ as their Savior are not living in the freedom He has provided.
That’s why Identifying and Tearing Down Strongholds is such an important book.
Carolyn Dupuy and her husband, Merrill, have been faithful members of our church for several years. They have been involved in church for the better part of their lives. Both have servant’s hearts, and I can say with all certainty that Carolyn’s teaching is biblically based and solid.
I believe with all my heart that she communicates the truth of the gospel with love. That is truly transformational.
Carolyn is personally responsible for the recovery of many people in our church. I have watched as the principles she uses promote health in individuals who had struggled with many different forms of addictive behavior and personality disorders. She also handles the majority of the counseling load for our church. I have never seen her refuse to meet with anyone, and if people commit to the process she has created almost all see tremendous results.
This process works. It’s not a quick fix. But it is a journey toward wholeness. If you choose to engage in this process, you can be everything God has created you to be. And I’ve learned this: the secret to a rich and satisfying life is found when you reconnect with the purpose God planned for you. That happens as you walk in the freedom Christ has provided for you. It’s the next step after trusting Him as your personal Savior. This book will teach you how to make Him Lord over every area of your life.
